About Caroline Jack Life Coaching

I help and support adults and teenagers with their mental and physical well-being and self confidence by working one-on-one over a period of weeks, helping to encourage self growth and confidence. I help my clients make lasting positive changes to their lives by changing habits and reframing their mindsets. 


I work with adults and teenagers to help them build self confidence and a growth mindset. Some of my most rewarding moments have been when working with teenagers  - I offer a confidential space for them to feel safe and empowered. 


Life coaching can be quite literally "life changing". It is a chance to focus on "you" and what's really important in "your" life, be completely honest and true to yourself and then begin to remove the obstacles you feel are holding you back. Some of these obstacles may be in your head and its working out how to reframe them.

Supporting Teenagers:


Teenage years can be tricky and full of emotion and confusion. Teenagers can be overcome with worry, anxiety and self-doubt. They often do not want to talk to a parent about how they are feeling and many don’t want counselling or therapy.

This is where I can help. I am not a therapist, but I am an experienced Life Coach and also a trained Mental Health Youth First Aider and can work through a wide range of issues with teenagers. I use different techniques and give teenagers different tools they can use to help them through difficult times. Most importantly I provide them with a confidential space to be open and honest where they can openly discuss their concerns with me.  I am passionate about helping motivate young people so that they can fulfil their potential and make the most of the opportunities they might have. Coaching and working with teenagers is an absolute honour and I want to help as many as I can so that their teenage years are full of fun rather than worry.
